The end of March is near, but the fun doesn't end. Celebrate the beginning of the spring season with a number of events you and your family can attend this weekend!

The 4th annual Houston Latino Film Festival promotes awareness of Latino culture through art and film. There will be films shown domestically and also from Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. The festival runs from March 28th to March 31st. Get your tickets here!

The Bayou City Art Festival will be featuring artist, Julio C. Garcia. The Jacksonville, Florida based, 2-D Mixed Media artist creates works inspired by his time growing up in Mexico. The festival will take place at Memorial Park on March 29th to March 31st from 10am to 6pm. To find tickets, visit www.artcolonyassociation.org or your local Randalls grocery store.


Put on your dancing shoes because it’s time to tango on March 30th! The Casa Argentina de Houston, the University of St. Thomas, the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston (IHCH), and the Consulate General of Argentina in Houston are all collaborating to present Tango Time Anniversary: Music, Dance & Singing Celebrating 20 Years of Tango. The event starts at 7pm and tickets can be found at casaargentina.org.


Head on over to The Hobby Center For The Performing Arts to see The Play That Goes Wrong this weekend. This critically acclaimed play has received awards on Broadway and also internationally!
